Non-returnable items
All our products are made to order (print-on-demand). This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
Under EU law, custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

Exceptions
We will replace or refund items that are:

• Defective or damaged on arrival
• Incorrectly printed or wrongfully sent

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@patientzero.ooo if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can evaluate and make it right.

Return timeframe
Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.

Return process
To start a return, contact us at info@patientzero.ooo. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
