Order Processing
All products are made to order (print-on-demand). Processing time is typically 2–5 business days before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Times
Most t-shirts and sweatshirts are produced and shipped through our global fulfillment network, with partners located across the US, EU, and Asia. Average delivery times (after processing):
- United States & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Some items such as hoodies, mugs, or accessories may ship from different locations and can take slightly longer to arrive.
Shipping Costs
Flat Earth Rate: $6 worldwide
Free worldwide shipping on orders over $99
Customs and Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the product price or shipping rate.
Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on production location. You will receive tracking details for each package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@patientzero.ooo and we will help resolve it.
