Non-returnable Items
All products are made to order (print-on-demand). We cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
Under EU law, custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exceptions
We will replace or refund items that are:
- Defective or damaged on arrival
- Incorrectly printed or wrongfully sent
Timeframe
Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at info@patientzero.ooo. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for defective, damaged, or wrongfully sent items. Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

- Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
- Refunds are not issued for incorrect size, color, or change of mind
